To best serve our clients we are strict regarding our policies.
Please take a few minutes to read them before booking an appointment.
Booking an appointment
Appointments may be booked via phone, whatsapp message or call or at our front desk with the receptionist. You can also request an appointment via email through this website.
Security deposit
All the appointments require a security deposit in order to be booked. Note that the deposit amount will vary depending on the type of service requested.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
We kindly ask all requests for cancellations and rescheduling to be done 48 hour prior your appointment so we can either refund your deposit or use it for your rescheduled appointment. Note that the security deposit will not be refunded for appointments canceled or rescheduled in less than 48h prior the appointment time. The deposit also will not be refunded for no-show appointments.
Payment
We accept cash, credit and debit card, Zelle, Venmo and Apple Pay. Sales tax will be charged when applicable. Estimated prices given over phone or WhatsApp are subject to change according to the stylist evaluation when you come in. These changes might happen depending on hair lenght, hair fullness and amount of product necessary for your service. We recommend the final price to be asked prior your service starts.
Health Concerns
Please inform us of any health issues prior to booking your appointment that may interfere with your service. Please inform us if you are pregnant, have any allergies to products or ingredients, or have any heart issues.
Personal properties
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property and we ask that all valuables brought with you should be kept with you at all times.
Tipping
Tipping is optional and is completely at your discretion. You may tip your stylist or assitant by handing it directly to them, leave it in an envelope at the front desk or add it to your credit/debit card payment.
Choosing a stylist
We may assist you to choose the stylist who will best fit your needs and schedule, according to your needs, goals and the stylist's specialization. You may also let us know if you have a stylist you would prefer to see.
